One of the best things about acquiring education is the way in which it opens peoples’ eyes to a world much larger than they ever imagined. As a student or graduate, having an internship in a foreign country can become an experience you will never forget, and may become the beginning of a prosperous working relationship if you find employment while there. The French call it a stage en Chine. Whatever you choose to call it, China has so much to offer, from its many thousands of years of rich history, to incredibly beautiful landscapes and people that are industrious to a fault. Regardless of the industry a student or graduate wants to pursue, chances are that they will find business in China that is doing something they want to be a part of. Pursuing an internship in China can offer the chance to learn the language or brush up on it, make important contacts and possibly find employers or prospective employers. Internships in Hong Kong can offer students the chance to see China, from a more westernized view. Taking an internship in mainland China has its own special charms and advantages as well.
